A Houston-area teacher accused of having a sxual relationship with a 13-year-old boy who officials say impregnated her has turned herself in to authorities. Alexandria Vera, 24, was arrested Wednesday and charged with continuous sxual abuse of a child.

A report said the student was in her eighth-grade English class.

The DA’s office said the officer received school records showing the student to be younger than 14 when Vera began the sxual relationship.
